The Requs Top-level Software FMEA Assessment provides for intelligent software FMEA assessment.  Failure Modes Effects Analysis can be time-consuming for both hardware and software.  This intelligent software completes the software FMEA  with relatively little effort.

The user enters information about the software and its operational profile.   The software outputs the failure modes, effects, likelihood, and severity.  The FMEA assessment is a top-level assessment based on the common defects since 1962, which have been documented on the DAU R&M Community of Practice website.
