DVD Training

The DVD delivery is intended for organizations that have many people who need to be trained over some time.  The DVD provides you with the flexibility to train your people as they are hired without having to wait for a training class.  The DVD is licensed to a specific site and can be accessed by anyone at that site at any time.

Virtual Self-Guided

The VSG delivery is for organizations that have a small number of students who need training. The training is self-guided which means that the instructor is not live.  The student hears the instructor and sees the instructor’s audio text while viewing the material.  At the end of the class, the student has a specific amount of time for question and answer on a scheduled basis with the instructor. This solution is cost-effective when there are a small number of students from one organization that require training.

Virtual Instructor Guided Closed Session

This means that the instructor is live and virtually leading the class.  “Closed” session means that your company purchases the class only for its employees and/or vendors and the class is not open to anyone else.  The class times are negotiated.  This solution is generally cost-effective when there are at least 7 people needing training from one organization.

Instructor Guided Open Session

This means that the instructor is live and virtually leading the class.  “Open” session means that the class has open registration and the class time is advertised on our website well in advance of the class.  This solution is most cost-effective if there are a small number of students from an organization who need training.  The open session classes do have a class minimum of three students and can be canceled if that minimum is not met within 15 days of the start of the class.

Private on-site

The class is taught at your organization.  Your organization provides the training room and the instructor travels to your site.  This solution is most cost-effective when there is a large number of students from one organization.
