Critical to Quality list
Exports your software FMEA worksheet, with options to filter out rows that don’t apply or fall below a severity threshold you choose.
Filtering what gets exported
Option 1 — check the top checkbox to ignore rows flagged as not applicable.
Option 2 — check the second checkbox and enter a range of severity levels to ignore.
For example, if 10 is the highest severity and 1 the lowest, per your Hazards and Criticality tab, you can export a worksheet that ignores the lower severity levels. If you haven’t defined a severity range there, the default highest severity is 5 and lowest is 1.
The exported file is named Software FMEA worksheet <ID>.xlsx, where the ID is a unique identifier for the project in the database.
The exported worksheet
An exported software FMEA worksheet.
That completes the FMEA workflow.
From hazards through mitigation, every tab feeds this export.
